DATA & ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Protect Your Information and Access

Your personal and financial data is encrypted end-to-end and stored on secure servers. We do not share your details with third parties except as required by law or to process your payments.

Encryption & Storage

All account, payment and identity data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Servers are hosted in regional data centres with redundant backups. We do not store full payment card numbers; only tokenised references for repeat deposits.

Two-Factor Authentication

New login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an SMS code sent to your registered mobile. Code valid for 10 minutes. You can also enable optional email confirmation for added security.

Payment Processor Integration

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions go directly through their official gateways. batik123 never touches your wallet login. We only receive confirmation that funds arrived; we do not store credentials.

Transaction Audit Trail

Every deposit, withdrawal, bet and win is logged with timestamp, IP address and device fingerprint. Your Account > History tab shows all activity; disputes are resolved using this immutable ledger.

Data Download & Portability

You can request a full export of your account data, including bets, payouts and personal details, in CSV format. Email [email protected] with 'Data Export' in the subject. We deliver within 7 business days.

Account Closure & Deletion

Close your account at any time via Account > Settings > Close Account. Personal data is anonymised immediately; remaining files purged in 30 days. Outstanding payouts are processed before deletion.

Your Rights, Data and Account Access — Answered

Yes. Email [email protected] with 'Data Export Request' in the subject line. Include your account username or ID. We send a complete CSV file with your profile, bets, withdrawals and transaction history within 7 business days. This is your right under data protection law where local law permits.

Your account goes inactive immediately and can't log in. Any pending withdrawals are processed first. Personal data is anonymised within 24 hours and fully deleted within 30 days. Outstanding winnings are paid to your registered payment method before closure completes.

Transaction history stays in your Account > History tab for the lifetime of your account. After closure, records are retained for 7 years for tax and dispute resolution purposes, then purged. You can download your full statement anytime before account deletion.

Contact live chat or email [email protected] with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We investigate using our immutable ledger of timestamps, IP logs and payment gateway confirmations. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS disputes are escalated to their respective processors if needed. Resolution typically takes 5–10 business days.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Only the person whose name and ID were used to verify the account may access it. Sharing login credentials or allowing family members to use your account violates our terms and can result in account suspension or closure. Each player must open their own verified account.

Access depends on local law in your region. We verify eligibility at signup using your identity document and address. If we determine that access would breach local regulation, your account remains closed and any deposits are returned. Contact support if your account was closed for this reason and you believe it was in error.

Go to Account > Profile and update your email or phone number directly. For name, address or ID changes, email [email protected] with a copy of your new ID or proof of address. Changes require reverification and may take 2–3 business days. During this time, withdrawals are temporarily on hold.
